Grilled chicken with cilantro-lime rice, black beans & mango salsa

This will be a new regular in the line up.   Sliced the chicken breasts in half, brushed with olive oil, then dusted with garlic pepper, salt, and basil.   Wife ate hers with each in its own spot on the plate.   I layered mine in one pile one on top of another...rice, then beans, then chicken, then mango.   One of my new favorites for sure.   Filling, but also on the light/healthy side.
