made turtle eggs twice this weekend. Saturday I tried them for the first time and made 7 of them using one pound of sausage. They were a big hit with everyone so  I decided to make them again tonight to take to a Labor Day cookout. Used 3 pounds of sausage this time and ended up with 18 eggs. Mixed cream cheese with shredded cheddar jack, minced jalapeños, and butt rub. Coated outside with dizzy dust. Cooked indirect at 250 for about 90 minutes. They were all eaten. I will definitely be making these again. OT, saw a dinasoar riding a jet ski while on the lake this weekend.
