Ohio Beef Ribs

cooked these beef rib at 250 degrees until they reached an internal temp of 200 degrees.
I used mesquite wood. it took 7.5hrs, seasoned them with Junior Urias Paydirt Rub.

I found out that using the stacked rack I could have got them on whole, 1 on each rack.
