Costco pork tenderloin with tuscan seasoning medallions

Anybody had success with these?  Looking for cooking instructions, temp, direct, indirect, etc.  I know i need to pull them about 140IT.  Thanks!

    i wouldn't bother temping them myself (too many).  cook to color and feel.

    I buy the whole tenderloins at Costco all the time and cut them myself. I like them at 135. That's where the beauty of the quick read of the thermapen comes in.

    These are excellent. I go hot and fast, like steak. I go for color at 450-500 raised direct. Takes around 10 minutes.

    Finished.  375 direct for 20 minutes (10 min/flip/10 min).  You're thinking "dried out, screwed them up", etc.  They were juicy and perfect.  Real hit with the family and a neighborhood kid who was over for dinner.  We'll be doing this again!
