Happy Labor Day!

Starting the day off with some dino ribs going on the egg. The hardest decision this Monday was which rub to use. I have chicken quarters going on after the ribs.


Top left - Dizzy Dust, Top right- Cow Lick, Bottom right - Everglades, Bottom left - Sriracha rubbed with salt/pepper

laid out the same way on the egg.

I'll use Pineapple Head and Tsunami Spin on the chicken
