Spanish Gambas al Ajillo; Roasted Tomato Tapas

Started with a traditional Spanish tapas of fire roasted tomatoes, olive oil and bread (seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and honey): 


The shrimp were cooked with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, then finished with a tumbler of brandy, and garnished with parsley, thyme and red pepper flakes:
