First time on my LBGE doing baby back ribs. I purchased the pre-rubbed ribs from Costco (2 full racks for $26) and followed the 2-2-1 method. I smoked with hickory chips and mesquite chunks then used some spicy sauce on a half rack during the last hour. The whole family loved them, so I guess I need to do it again.

Awesome! Next time if you have the time, try to make your own rub. You can easily tweak them to your family's specific tastes.Large BGE - McDonald, PA
