Yellowfin tuna from last night

I ended up with both as the Mrs evidently forgot to tell me she wasn't as crazy about yellowfin as I am.   As far as ease of prep and finished product this might be my favorite cook.   Brushed with oil, sprinkled with DP Raging River.  500 for about 90 seconds (or so) per side.
