Platesetter vs Woo and pizza stone

I just got a minimax and am wanting to get something to be able to do indirect cooking. After some research it seems like there are two options either a platesetter or a woo ring and pizza stone. Which option is better? If it is the woo should I go with the 1.5 in or .75 in from the ceramic grill store?

The 1.5 or .75 depends on the age of your Egg.
BGE changed the internal dimensions. The newer Eggs use the 1.5.
Biggest 2 advantages with the Woo is being able to cook raised direct and the ability to easily lift out the Woo with the pizza stone in place when needed.
It's also easy to go from indirect to direct.
The pizza stone, being flat, also stores easy with no legs to break off.

How can I tell if it is newer or older?
