After 16.5 hours.....

My 7.5lb pork butt finished! 

This thing was hard. 

Started off off wanting to throw it on the egg at 2 a.m. Went out and set up my guru. I forgot one big thing. I left the temperature clip out. When I woke up to put the pork on I realized my dome was over 400 since my guru fan was at a constant run.  Had to wait for things to cool down while I went back to bed. 

I debated going to sleep until the morning and going turbo, however the rub I had already used was HH so I figured it would burn. 

The pork went on at 5 a.m. Steady at 250 until 8 p.m until the temp was stuck at 178. I was forced to wrap and bump temp to 325. 

Chopped with the new meat shanks! 

Smoked over my new batch of sweet cherry from fruitawoods and put on mini kings Hawaiian rolls topped with a little sauce.
