Costco 3 pack loin ribs membrane???

OK, cooking Costco loin ribs (vacuum sealed 3 pack) again...last time I had the hardest time pulling up and removing the membrane. I've always been a St Louis guy and have never had difficulty with the membrane on them at cut from Costco. Again today I had the hardest time deprecating the membrane and removing it, could this have been done already? It doesn't appear as it it has.
Typically I use a butter knife to work my way under the membrane and separate it with a crumpled paper towel to allow for a good grip...but no luck with the baby backs, any advice is appreciated!

It's already removed“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Baby backs from Costco should have the membrane removed already. St. Louis style does not.DFW - 1 LGBE & Happy to Adopt More...
