I'm headed to my buddies ranch this weekend and wanted to bring along the MM. What size shoulder will fit comfortably? I need to feed 6 so nothing extreme. Think it would be better to go boneless?

I did a 6.5lber on my MM, took about 8 hours, first 6 hours were no problem keeping it around 250, but last two it kept wanting to creep up around 300
