Chicken Uncovered In Fridge (Question)

Last night I set a spatchcock in the fridge for the typical 24 hours I let it chill prior to tossing it on the grill.

But our dinner plans just changed and we have to go out to dinner.

What will happen if I leave it in another 24 hours until tomorrow night? Should I keep it uncovered or wrap it in plastic wrap? I've never left one longer than that so I'm not sure what will happen.

The skin will be super tight and crispy following the cook- as @DMW says.
