I need to give a big shout to BGE customer service dept. Especially Chef D!!! I called in asking a question about a cast iron conveggtor I saw on Amazon. Chef D asked me why? I replied that I had bought mine a month or 2 ago and went to pick it up. It just folded into 3 pieces. I did not know why. He went out of his way to make sure a new one was shipped out to me right away. All I paid was the $20 shipping. What made this unique was I did not even know it had a warranty. WOW!!! Thanks so much!!
