I was in the mood for something Mediterranean-ish and I had some brand new skewers that I got during Firecraft's free shipping week.
Chicken Kabobs, Rice, a small salad topped w/ Tabouli. A nice little Monday meal. I like my pita bread a little crispy.
Everything was cooked raised direct.
Still waiting on a good deal for the Joetisserie before I make my foray into gyros.
