Anyone give me some insight on RTIC Shipping? My order said Back Order with a estimated Ship Date of tomorrow. Any idea on chances of it actually shipping tomorrow? RTIC 20.

    I did an RTIC 30 I got a week ago. It was about 10 days behind. There customer service told me it would be another 2 weeks and 3 hours later I got a shipping notification. It shouldn't be too long now. 

    I I have used mine twice so far. It's been pretty impressive. I half loaded it with ice and some Luke warm beers yesterday afternoon and it sat unzipped on the porch all afternoon until about 10am this morning. It was about half ice half water. 

    "Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

    They send out an e-mail a few days before they ship it.
    A buddy was waiting for his cooler to ship and they changed his shipping date twice. He called and complained about their shipping practices and their failure to meet expected shipping dates. They ended up sending him a free 20oz cup. No rush on his cooler.

    I ordered a 20 on 7/22, and got an email that it shipped on 8/27.

    Just checked the tracking #...a label was printed on 8/27, but UPS doesn't have the box yet...

    Question, if your talking about the RTIC cup, isn't it availble on Amazon for just about the same cost as RTIC? If so, with Prime shipping that's a two day turnaround.

    ...yea, could be a 20 oz cup, the 20 qt hard cooler or the 20 qt soft cooler.

    I just received a 20 hard side and 40 soft. Both arrived a few days ahead of the ETA when I ordered them around the 4th of July.

    I think it took 3-4 days for the cooler to hit the road after I got my shipping notice with tracking numbers. When the mailing labels are generated it's set up to automatically send out the email.
    You are in the home stretch...
    My 20 ended up with a friend returning home to the Turks and Caicos full of BEEF...
