The nut I welded for the wheel gave way. Apparently I didn't have the wheel tight and lateral force broke it from the bottom plate. AAA wouldn't cover it so I dusted off my floor jack. Disaster averted.

Good thing that you were no going into turn 3, that would have been a crash & burn.
Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...

I probably should have designed it better. Just trying to avoid having to grind the plate off and reweld it. I think this will work though.Bill Denver, CO
