First Time Turbo Spare Ribs
We wanted ribs but did not have 6 hrs so I decided to give Turbo a shot.
Dizzy Pig Coarse rub as I was out the regular grind.
Cherry and Hickory for smoke.
Ribs were good, only issue was bone side was a little to charred. Perhaps I should have eased back on the rub.
Cooked for 2 hrs at 325 grate, 350-375 dome.
Bone Suckin Sauce Thicker Style for sauce for the glaze.
