Chicken Source

Seems like you can find tons of info on the forum about brisket and the best source for beef. My question is where do you buy your chicken.  I have been getting my bird parts (thighs, breast, legs and whole birds) from Costco or Shop Rite and the taste has been fine, but does anyone find chicken is better from a speciality shop (butcher) or high end grocery store?  I know the Egg does a wonderful job cooking, but would my final product be better if I spent a little more on the bird.  With brisket I have tried Prime ($6-9lb in my area) and choice ($5.50 LB) and don't see much of a difference when cooked correctly.

Thanks for any feedback on birds and bird parts.
