I may be beating a dead horse...  but I was looking into temp control and read the article below.  I thought it was very concise.  Other than only have haing 1 meat probe the Flame Boss beats out BBQ Guru, thoughts...

    Flame Boss is pretty nice, check out the new Smobot ... it's cutting edge.

    My guru works amazing. If I knew I wouldn't have gotten in trouble from the wife I would have spent the extra $130 for the FB. Both are awesome though.

    I love my SMOBOT, it works pretty much as advertised.  It holds tempeture rock steady for my cooks.  Now it's not perfect, no device is, but I lack the lack of fan and love that it can run on battery power if I need it to.  

    The he things I feel are missing:

    lack of an app for my iPhone, but it's in the works. 

    It frustrates me that I have to be on my home wifi to adjust the temps(may be fixed with app)

    i wish it had an alarm so that when I hit my target temp it would let me know. again maybe fixed when there app is available.
