<p />geez, do they!!!
This was a mid afernoon snack of oyster mushrooms (first time ever - but sure not the last!!!) and a couple ABT chasers. Man, were they great! Thanks Max and thanks Woo and thanks grower! Just so I could get the taste I let the mushrooms stand on their own with only a light mist of olive oil via a Misto and salt & pepper.
PS...stuff like this is what us retired farts do in the middle of the afternoon...no stress...no watch...no boss...no deadlines. Super Smiley Face Thingee!!!!

RRP,[p]Nice! Looks like they were cooked the way I like them.... browned and just a tad charred on the edges.
One of the nice things about mushrooms... you can eat a whole mess of em and not feel the least bit guilty.[p]John

Kinda like drinking fine Tequila. Or at least if you do feel guilty, you don't remember it in the morning.
