Picked up a couple nice ribeyes for lunch today. Marinated one in Korean bbq sauce, salt and pepper on the other. Did a half pound of shrimp for my oldest son they didn't last long at all. Cooked the steaks to 160 toasted the buns with sliced mozzarella.

Steaks look great (…but lose the Bud Light

Everybody likes their steaks at different temps...as long as it tasted good to them that's all that matters. Good attention to detail with the toasted buns though!DFW - 1 LGBE & Happy to Adopt More...

Ain't that the truth! I'm amazed at the snobs that insist that you are some kind of idiot if you don't like blood in your steak. Slurp down all the blood you want but don't tell me I have to do that.

Nicely done @VB_egger. Great looking food and an all around good post. With only 30 post, I guess you're fairly new to our forum. Welcome! It's not a big deal if you or the people you're cooking for like their steak well done and there's certainly not anything wrong with a Bud Light.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

@Hub, first time in awhile I used a marinade on a steak. It was that Korean brand someone posted about not long ago. It tasted great, it's going to go good with chicken.VA Beach

I made tenderloin last weekend and one of our friends asked me if I minded if she used some A1, she was afraid she would offend me. First Im not easily offended, but if Im cooking I sure want you to enjoy your food how you like it. Hell, I use A1 on my steaks too. My point is, keep posting your cooks, if its cooked to your liking rock on.Carrollton, Va
