Kinda OT - My ship and shipment has come in

First, I turned 68 yesterday and we had a great family gathering. The Blackstone 36" griddle did its job cooking up 18 big ol' pork chops (used Pork U Varsity Squad Butt Rub for seasoning) to go with the big pot of Pinto Beans, fried taters (w/onions) and corn bread. Okay, so I am a WV hillbilly at heart and that is my favorite meal for b'day celebrations. No pic of the chop cook, my wife's son did the cooking. I wasn't allowed to cook anything.
Secondly, my 17" Blackstone arrived the day before. I know, you are thinking, why do you need the 17" when you have the 36"? The 17" will be going with me and my wife's son to the keys the week of Labor Day for a guys fishing, eating and relaxation trip. After that it will go in my RV and provide me with an additional way to prepare some good cooking on the road. I also received the cover and carry bag combo with it. It is sure a nice accessory to make it truly portable. It has a cover and then a bag that everything fits into, real quality for $30.

And lastly, the reason that all of these purchases were made easy. I scratched off a Florida lottery $5 ticket last week and won $1000. It has been a really good week for me for sure. Cancer still sucks, but living life large everyday is still my main goal.

You folks have a great day and may good fortune befall all of you.
