Bacon Week

Since Saturday is National Bacon Lover's Day, we decided to hold our own Bacon Week potluck at work.  About everything imaginable has been bacon wrapped, bacon cheese ball, bacon & jalapeno hotdish and even brownies with bacon frosting. 

My contribution was Pig Shots.

Although I was cursing under my breath as I was wrapping these up and said I would never make them again, they're so tasty I'm going to have to do it anyways.  :)
