Spatch chicken and braised ribs.

Crisped chicken skin side down direct.
Cut beef ribs and placed in pan with lemon juice chili flake salt and pepper and a cup of water.
Threw plate setter legs up with grill on top. Used pan of ribs to catch chicken juices.



Took chicken off when done and dried ribs to done.
