Pulled pork ,Anaheim peppers, onion, ginger , asparagus fried on cast iron skillet on egg then and and BGE zesty mustard honey BBQ sauce quesadilla... I have found a totally new meaning of randomness slap together greatness...

Cooked directly on the plate setter? Looks awesome, thanks for the idea, never thought of a quesadilla on the BBQ.

Yup plate setter had legs down little dirty had to wrap it in foil. Has a nice little smoke flavor in everything... Thienk it's gonna be a hit for next preseason game...
. Will have to work on timing a bit more but all in all good trial run....
