XL up and running. 250 with Pecan. 7lb butt with Honey Hog and Hot Hog mixed in. Doctored up bush beans with Wrights bacon, Carolina BBQ slaw, classic lays chips, and Hawaiian rolls. Having the family over today for a swim party and dinner!
