Daddy-Son Steak night

The wife and 7 year old daughter have late hair appointments and won't be home for supper. So Andru, age 10, and I are have choice ribeye's and mashed taters. A little earlier I hit the steaks with a little "Raising the Steaks" and a little Dale's marinade. These will be done hot and fast flipping every few minutes on the Small BGE. Finished pics to follow.

Beautiful steaks. Hopefully Andru will get to have a hand in the cooking process.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.

Thanks guys, it was great food and a great time. @JethroVA he was close by and he did wash the bowl the steaks was marinated in.
Arieona (7 yr old daughter) ate the other half of Andru's steak when she got home.
