Dark lines in cooked butt

I noticed one of the raw butts in the twin pack had a red circle near the bone. After turbo cooking the butts for 7 hours, both had several black lines in the meat near the bone. Are these just veins and is the meat okay to eat? Many people on another forum said to pitch it. Some said to trim and eat.

That's blood.  For whatever reason there was more than usual in the meat.  It turns black when cooked.   Totally safe to eat.  Good source of iron.

    This is blood sausage.

I would just pull it and have at it. A little blood won't hurt you or the taste of your pork.
