Impressed, nothing but chicken thighs as a test

First, thanks for all the posts that encourage a new user to figure things out.  Great site, good folks.  I used the minimax tonight for a few thighs for me, cats and dog.  Wife still out of town. Never used a meat thermometer in my life for anything useful.  But got a cheap remote one somewhere just to see how it performed. Love it. Set the desired temp and went about readying the mushroom pizza deal as a side. Pulled the thighs at 165.  Very impressive. It works, just like you guys say.  Egg at 400.   Thanks again for all the ideas.   Now, is there a digiQ or something similiar in my future?  Most likely.
