Gai Yang and Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Quick Sunday night cook.  This one came out great.  Definitely going in the rotation.  Marinated two chicken halves for about 4 hours in lemongrass, garlic, soy, fish sauce, and brown sugar.  on the Egg indirect skin side up for 45 min until the breast read 150.  Then pulled the platesetter, turned skin side down and let the skin crisp up for ~5 min.  Paired with a thai sweet chili sauce.
