Another Bombing Run tonight...

Thanks @deadlyfrog for getting the chicken bombs started.  I'm on my own this weekend so decided to do some chicken bombs too.  Used thighs and was able to fit a piece of chorizo in there with the jalapeno, cream cheese and monterey jack.  A bit of Bryons on bacon and cooked raised direct st 350 for 45 min.  Sauced with the BBQ sauce I won at the NC Butt Blast!

With just me, there are plenty of left overs!
