Last night I grilled some chicken thighs, grilled some corn on gasser, and made a summertime salad. Haven't posted in a while so figured I was do.

Only thing I changed up from their recipe. I got the egg stabilized at 350*. Cooked indirect until the meat registered an internal temp somewhere between 150*-160*. Then I moved the meat direct until internal temp went past 170*.
Here's the indirect cook as the fire going was right in the middle:

The corn cooked up cook over medium heat, turned every 4-5 minutes for about 15 minutes or so.

The lions in the sun were patiently waiting.

These were moved direct for the last 5 minutes, 2-3 minutes a side. Then the finish.

Then a walk afterwards to burn off some calories. Life is good!
