First crack at pulled pork + ribs

Got a LBGE from some family members early this spring and have refurbished it/upgraded components (somehow they had just been using it only as a charcoal grill! They had no indirect set-up).  Been hiding in the shadows gathering info on smoking until recently, now I share some of my eats.

Lately on I've been on a huge kick of trying out new items to smoke, ie pork butt, whole pork loin, ribs, meatloaf etc.

Some samples:

Both 5.5lb bone-in pork butts, smoked with maple and mesquite at 225°F, the one in front was ready to be pulled, rear one took a bit more time.

Terrible picture of pork side ribs (including breastbone/tips), but were cooked for 6h unwrapped at 225°F with a mix of apple/hickory, light sauce in the last hour.
