Garden to Table and a New Chicken Marinade

Went on a search for something different for boneless chicken breasts and came across this. Marinated the chicken for about 3 hours. Grabbed some squash and zucchini from the garden and seasoned with EVOO and Zoe's. Didn't get a plated shot, but served with a butter/herb rice. All-in-all, I think I'd make this again. Thanks for lookin'!

Looks great. I like the idea of cutting the veggies into wedges. I usually do them as chips or thin strips length wise. Not sure why I never though about doing it this way.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
