We had our annual Pizza & Bread class here at the shop this past weekend.

Thanks. Surprised that the parchment survived that temp, the stuff I have used starts to combust. Was it a specially strong/heat resistant parchment?SMITTYtheSMOKER said:

No special parchment used. We do not expose it to the heat ducts off the platesetter.
