smoked several cream cheeses this weelend, one with honey and walnuts, one with a balsamic glaze, one with just cracked pepper, one with bad byrons butt rub. only the one pic and the bbbr was the best of the bunch

i just had it on crackers, liked it better served chilled and room temp over hot, the smoke flavor developed better after it had rested. after eating it im thinking those mini cherry cheese cakes i ate as a kid with a single vanilla wafer as a bottom crust might be goodsaluki2007 said:Looks great fish. I am embarassed to say I made this this weekend and the kids got into it before I could even get a picture. Smoked it and then drizzled it with honey and crumbled bacon. It disappeared far too fast.Mt Elgin Ontario - just a Large.
