Flank Steak Success!

Thank you all for the earlier flank steak receipe suggestions. Based on my available ingredients, I went with @steel_egg and @JethroVA's receipe and WOW- what a hit. Family and neighbors absolutely loved it. I've never cooked flank steak before, but will be going back to this one in the future.
Used @steel_egg's receipe and cooked it direct at about 550 for 4 min each side. The wife likes her meat more on the cooked side so I cut off a chunk and threw it back on for a few more minutes. Delicious! Thanks again for the suggestions and here are the pics.....

It was super tasty @clemsontyger97. Unfortunately, I'm so terrible with gadgets that I don't know how to include a receipe link to this post. I got the receipe from @steel_egg. If he is around maybe he can help out here.A Lonely Single Large Egg

Looks great. All the acid really tenderizes it. I use something very similar for a chuck.

Looks delicious! Great cook! What did you use the meat for? I love some good tacos with flank steak.LBGE, 28" Blackstone

You know, I had never done a flank steak before so we just ate it with some sides. Definitely going to try that as the protein with some tacos in the future. I'm not sure what I'll switch up flavoring wise for it - but I'm sure I'll think of something.CodyA88 said:Looks delicious! Great cook! What did you use the meat for? Man that's fantastic, I have one to cook, will go with the 550 for 4 mins per side and hope for the same results.

Flank and/or Fajita Steak is on the rotation.
Easy cook, hard to screw up. Hot, fast. Boom!
I usually do a fresh lime, a light EEVO rub and Fajita rub from Dizzy or simply a salt/pepper and cummin marinade.
