First Pork Butt

Newbie egghead.  I've been enjoying reading and viewing all the great advice and food pix.  Thanks to everyone for your willingness to share your knowledge.  So my first pork butt, 4# bone-in, hit the egg last night at 250 F sustained.  About 10 hours later I removed what I can only describe as meat candy with 210 F internal temp.   The wife loved her pulled pork sandwich--please no one tell her how easy and forgiving this meat is.
