A couple of days ago someone on the GreenEggers Forum revived my dream of making a good 'Fully Loaded Pickle.' Yes, there's a video of it and they brought it back into the limelight with their own efforts to create their version of a loaded pickle. 

I've also been thinking about it and since today is pretty slow, I decided to try it with some Red Hots, a type of sausage that some folks in Texas like. And I decided on a variety of pickles, some cheese sticks and some Little Smokey sausages. 

I never tried Red Hots but the idea is to see if I can stuff them with a suitable pickle to take Red Hots to a new level of culinary excellence. 

I can't say I was successful at it, but it was fun and earned me a margarita which I'm going to retrieve from the Coop Refrigeration Unit as soon as I finish posting this.
