Bottom Round

So I got a bottom round without knowing much about the cut. After looking here I found it's great for sammies or pot roast. So went for sammie meat. I marinated the meat for 48 hours in a teriyaki/wine/pineapple chunks blended mix. Did a bacon wrap with a thick layer of Dizzy Pig seasoning under the bacon. Came out very nice I thought. Great for my lunches. I might actually do this again because the flavor is nice.
