Chicken wing test run

I have to make a lot of chicken wings for company tomorrow, so I gave it a try tonight to make sure they would come out well. I used a very simple rub of salt, pepper, and a touch of cayenne. Sprinkled some corn starch on and put them in the fridge for about an hour. Cooked them direct at 275 for 40 minutes, turning once. 

Very pleased and hoping company will enjoy them tomorrow. Tried them plain, with some buffalo sauce and with some honey bbq sauce.
