Trying to eat a little more healthy. Cut back on the processed foods. So tonight steak salad. With homemade green dressing. Roasted up some tomatillos, jalapeño and garlic. Added some green onions and cilantro, little bit of water,  some Greek yogurt and blended. It was good a little on the spicey side. Tomorrow I'm gonna marinated some chicken with what's leftover.

Looks good.  Take away that salad and it would be terrible for you!  ;)

I like it! Healthy = tasty if your smart!

Very nice. My wife and I make a similar salad regularly.
