Smoked Meatloaf

why did I wait so long to try this, simply amazing.  Kosmos Cow Cover and hickory were a nice combo.

Broke in the new KJ Jr with hasselback potatoes, also a new favorite. Wanted a matching Mini Max but my current warranty experience with BGE turned me off.

Sorry no pics, too hungry. Will be a staple moving forward.

I'm not a meatloaf lover, but we did the smoked meatloaf and I'm certainly converting. It was a huge hit. 

You from AUG? Just moved to Colorado from there four years ago. I remember the BGE being offered as a promotion during the PBS telethons as a child in the late 70's there and had wanted one ever since.
