My first low/slow Pork butt
I did my first low/slow/smoke on the BGE today. 8 Lb pork shoulder. I tried to stay around 250. It looks fantastic! Keep up the info and I'll be a real EggHead in no time! I don't think it could have been any better, but it's worth a try!

How long did you cook it for? Also what was the internal temp you pulled it at?
My cooks run around 2 hrs per pound at around 235 Deg. -
