Bierock

first crack at bierock on the egg. Didn't have room for 3 so we put them in the oven. I believe the egg gave them a better brown than the oven did. No noticeable smokey flavor or anything. Just clean and lite like a bierock aught to be. Side dish is something the lady whipped up, a fusion of two recipes! Very tasty.

Nice Bierock/Runza. We Love making these. Especially around football season. I believe fitting 6 is doable on the LBGE. I make around two dozen and parfreeze and then vac save  some for another Husker game. Goes great with a traditional redeye. Looks good!!!
