Ribeye cap steak and corn on the egg...

Fresh corn and my first go at the ribeye cap steak from Costco. One rolled and one un-rolled. Coarse S&P, garlic powder, and a little black magic..:
i think from now on I'll probably just unroll and cook hot and fast for my taste.

@gonepostal -  Was wondering when this thread would surface.  Great call to give both options a go-I find the unrolled is easier to manage temperature-wise.  
That said, great results either way.  Banquet for sure.  Congrats.  Nailed it.
