Weeknight Cook-Chicken on Cedar Plank and Roasted Green Beans-Pic Heavy

Today's cook on the MMX-Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast with some rub @henapple gave me after his Fest last year, then topped with Garlic Parmesean Wing Master BBQ Sauce from the Pepper Palace in Charleston SC. We visited there last month and picked some up in their downtown Market. We topped it with Queso Fresco Cheese and Cooked on the Cedar Plank, 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Green Beans were EVOO, Salt, Pepper and Sicilian Salad Seasoning from Penzies. Note that the beans were a little overdone, I have to get used to how quick they cook on the BGE (about half the time and lower temps than the oven).

However the meal was quite tasty, chicken was moist and the heat from the sauce was cut by the Queso Fresca.
