Alignment...

Looking to re-align my lid. Does anyone have the white plastic hinge locking devices and red band spacers that would be willing to ship to me?

I'm in the same boat. My dealer is pretty close to work so i'm gonna swing by there and see if they can hook me up.

I am a dealer LOL, we're out of Larges and I don't have any of those alignment tools. We're a John Deere dealership so grilling items aren't our main focus.

When I bought my Large I put it together so I got the straps and spacers. BGE sent me a band kit under warranty, it came,with the spacers and straps as well. Have seen folks mention using zip ties in place of the white straps...

Anyone know of a readily available substitute for the spacers/wedges? I need to realign my XL.

I emailed  BGE and they sent  me spacers  and the white clips.

Thanks, I emailed them and they are sending me some, they also gave me some great advice on how to re-align my egg. Great stuff from the mothership!

You can use zip ties in place of those locking tabs, no having to wait for them to be mailed to you.

Called BGE after unresponsive emails, they're sending what I need. I love no fuss customer service. Pelican is great about that too. I know you guys talk about Yeti alot on here. I have friends with yeti's and their experience with customer service has been sub par. Happy with my pelicans and the way they treat me.
