Late night 1/2 pound burgers

Decided after the 4th of July parade to cook some 1/2 pound grass fed burgers I recently purchased.
Fired up the Egg to 400° and first cooked some bacon in a foil pan with the plate setter in, then removed plate setter and tossed the burgers on, kept it simple salt and pepper with a little Worcester, seared each side about 6 minutes then placed on cedar plank , added sharp cheddar then bacon. On plank about 8-9 minutes, very delicious burger!!!

I really like the cedar plank idea, I think I am going to steal that!

Planked burgers- that is a cool idea. They look great.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
